Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stuffies Wagon! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we will honour that and replace the item/issue gift voucher or refund the full amount.

Returns

Customers have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that they received it. Item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify customers on the status of their refund after inspecting the item.

If return is approved, we will initiate replacement/ issue gift voucher/ refund to original method of payment. In case of Cash on delivery orders, we'll require bank details to credit the amount. Customers will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on card issuer's policies.
